Founded in 2023, AG3 Properties was established to meet the growing demand for a technically proficient, relationship-focused brokerage specializing in land and ranch properties. Our success is built on three core principles: a relentless pursuit of knowledge, look-you-in-the-eye integrity, and a commitment to good old-fashioned hard work.
Drawing from broad experience across various segments of the real estate industry, we take pride in our multi-disciplinary approach to delivering on our promise to help our clients achieve their goals.
Clayton is a passionate sixth-generation Texan and seasoned professional in the real estate industry. In addition to a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Tarleton State University, he also holds both an MBA and a Master of Land Economics & Real Estate (MRE) degree from Texas A&M University.
His professional career includes experience in:

Clayton is also active in the local community. He is a former Ambassador for the B/CS Chamber of Commerce and is a 2023 graduate of the Leadership Brazos program. In November 2022, Clayton was appointed to the City of Bryan Planning & Zoning Commission. In January 2024, he was elected by his peers to serve as Vice-Chair of the Commission.
When not working, Clayton is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys traveling to the Rocky Mountains, hunting, hiking, fishing, and exploring the great outdoors. He is also near completion of his private pilot license and is passionate about general aviation.
Serving as the designated broker of record for AG3 Properties, Steve is seasoned professional in the commercial real estate industry with over 44 years of experience in CRE finance, brokerage, and development.
A proud alumnus of the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University, Steve further honed his expertise in the commercial real estate industry by completing coursework through the Southern Methodist University Costa Institute of Real Estate Finance.
With a primary focus on brokerage and development of commercial retail properties, Steve has built out an impressive portfolio of client’s, ranging from national credit tenants to local and regional businesses.
Key projects include an assemblage of 11 properties in a quintessential location in Southlake, Texas which prompted a 65-acre development anchored by Costco, Lowe’s. Kohl’s, TJ Maxx, and a number of both national restaurant and local favorite destinations.
Recent activities comprise a list of negotiated leases with the likes of Hobby Lobby, TJ Maxx, Ross, Burlington, Old Navy, Five Below, Petsmart, and Ross over a 3-state region of Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
